Daemen University prefers to pay direct to suppliers for goods and services, rather than reimbursing employees for purchases made on our behalf. Please contact purchasing@daemen.edu to inquire about direct billing set up for any vendor that you intend to use frequently. Credit applications are completed by the Office of Business Affairs.

Several businesses offer direct billing to Daemen University (see list below). When booking services or purchasing goods from them, please be sure to request them to bill Daemen University. Once the invoice is received from the vendor, the business office will reach out to the responsible individual or department to submit a payment request for the expense.
